Q: Do you sail every day?
A: Every day except Christmas Day

Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: As we operate in the sheltered Shannon Estuary we are seldom affected by bad weather

Q: I heard on the news that ferry sailings are cancelled - does that include Shannon Ferries?
A: If you can travel - we can sail. News reports usually only refer to the main ferry ports serving Ireland.  You can also view our "Live Update" bar above for the latest sailing information

Q: What if I have forgotten my ticket?
A: If you do not have any reference number for your booking you will have to purchase another ticket

Q: How can I pay for my ticket?
A: Our on-line shopping facility will accept Visa Card, Laser/Visa Debit Card and Master Card. On-board you can also pay by Credit Card and cash

Q: Are Hazardous Goods carried on Board?
A: No.
