From 1st October there will be one ferry operating with sailings from Killimer to Tarbert every hour on the hour from 7am to 7pm and from Tarbert to Killimer every hour on the half hour from 7.30am to 7.30pm. Sunday sailings commence 2 hours later.

The Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival attracts up to 60,000 people from all over the world, who come for the music, the dancing and the ‘craic’. Dancing takes place in venues all over town. Third generation matchmaker Willie Daly is on hand to bring hopeful singles together and boasts many marriages to date.


Carrigaholt Harvest Festival
3rd September
Vintage and agricultural show celebrating all that is produced out west. All the fun of the fair, stalls, artisan market, competitions and livestock shows.

Kilkee Strand Races KILKEE
All the fun of the races, watch as horses race on the famous strand at Kilkee, take in the atmosphere and enjoy the local hospitality. The time is water dependent.

Ennis Fashion Week 10th Anniversary

Ennis prides itself as being the ‘boutique capital of Ireland’ and this year Ennis Fashion week will celebrate its 10th year. 2015 is the year of design and Ennis fashion week will play host to the Clare and Irish fashion designers showcase as well as hosting fashion bloggers and stylist awards.
