It provides a platform for both nationally and internationally acclaimed performing artists to showcase modern and original talents within the usually more traditional environment that is the Dingle Peninsula.The 2019 festival programme will include the ever popular session trail, concerts, outdoor events including a musical expedition and busking competition, trad-disco and much more.The goal of the festival is to promote Irish music in a new and unique way while maintaining the authenticity of the music of Dingle Peninsula on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way. Listowel Races Harvest Festival Meeting
20th - 26th September 2020
Venue: Listowel Racecourse
These seven days combine to make up the last major festival of the Summer and also the last ""big one"" before Christmas, so make the most of the festivities! Traditionally, this was the festival where the local farmers came to celebrate the recent harvest and it is still very much a country man's occasion.There is a great mix of National Hunt and Flat racing through the course of the week, with the event attracting racegoers from near and far.
